I had a decent stay at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel. The room was clean and well-stocked (I loved the nightlight in the bathroom!), but I did have some issues with the pillows being too firm for my liking. The service from the staff, especially Nykia at the front desk, was friendly and made check-in easy. However, I encountered some logistical problems, like the lack of adequate staff during busy times, which impacted my dining experience negatively.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and modern, though the pillows were uncomfortable for me.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and responsive, especially Nykia, who made check-in a breeze.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location in downtown Fort Worth is ideal for access to attractions, although navigating around due to construction was a bit tricky.
Dining
6.0
I found the service at the restaurant during peak hours to be understaffed, which made for a less than pleasant dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a lot of amenities, including a welcoming lobby and helpful valet service, but some facilities like the lounge printer were under maintenance.

My stay at Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown was a mix of highs and lows. The friendly staff, particularly at the front desk, really helped turn around my experience when I encountered room issues. However, some aspects like parking fees and noise from the nearby train could be improved.

Rooms
6.0
My first room was a bit dated, and I found some stains, but the staff quickly moved me to another room. Although it wasn't brand new, it was clean and comfortable enough for my stay.
Service
8.0
The front desk staff, especially Lois, was incredibly helpful in addressing my room issues. They made the effort to ensure my stay improved, which I really appreciated.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a convenient spot, close to downtown attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. However, the nearby train noise was a bit annoying, especially at night.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent, though my breakfast orders were mixed up a few times. The variety offered at breakfast was nice, but I think they could really amp up the food service consistency.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities like the club lounge were a nice touch, and I enjoyed the access to extra snacks and drinks, though the lack of a consistently open Starbucks was disappointing.

5.4/10

My stay at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel was overall pleasant with friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. However, the parking situation left much to be desired, with exorbitant rates and a confusing layout for self-parking. The towels in my room were also quite disappointing, contrasting sharply with the quality of the other amenities.

Rooms
8.0
The room was updated and clean, featuring USB ports, a fridge, and complimentary water. However, the bathroom was dim and the towels felt worn out.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and responsive, particularly during check-in, where I received a nice discount for a brief wait. Valet was also a plus despite the parking cost.
Location
8.0
The hotel was conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to downtown attractions like Sundance Square and the Fort Worth Water Gardens.
Dining
7.0
While I didn't dine in the hotel, I enjoyed the offerings in the Club Lounge, which provided a good selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had modern amenities, including a lounge with snacks and drinks, but the upkeep of the lounge could use improvement as it was often messy and needed restocking.

I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel, with a fantastic location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed by the pool area, which was colder than expected. Also, the parking situation could be improved, as the self-parking options aren't ideal. Overall, it's a good choice if you're attending events at the convention center.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with good quality linens. However, the bathroom only had a tub for bathing, which was a bit inconvenient.
Service

Facilities

The hotel has good facilities, but the pool area was colder than expected and not very inviting. It could use some upgrades.

I had a mixed experience at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown. While the hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to access the convention center, the experience was marred by some issues. The building felt older, and while the rooms were clean, they definitely needed a modern touch. Friendly staff helped make my stay more pleasant, but some service aspects could use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was tidy, but I encountered inconsistent issues with noise from the air conditioning and the overall age of the decor. I appreciated the cleanliness, yet I felt it could benefit from upgrades.
Service
6.0
The service had highs and lows. some staff members were friendly and responsive, but I also encountered staff who seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive when I had questions.
Location
8.0
The location was a strong point, conveniently close to downtown attractions and just a short walk to the convention center, which suited my needs perfectly.
Dining
5.0
Although I found the breakfast options limited and a bit pricey. the quality was decent, but it was hard to justify the costs for the offerings.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were adequate, though the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, leading to some discomfort with noise and limited access to amenities like the pool.
